Role Description

This is a contract role for a Technical Project Manager at FairPattern.com. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing IT projects, including coordinating with clients, overseeing development processes, and ensuring on-time delivery. This is a hybrid role with the expectation that the role is located in Banani, but also allowing for remote work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, project management, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.

Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello) and familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks effectively.

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
